On arrive at Srinagar Airport you will meet our local representative who will assist you to board your vehicle to Hotel. On arrive check in at Hotel. After some rest go for local city tour visiting, Shankaracharya Temple, The world famous Mughal Gardens visiting the Nishat Garden – The Garden of pleasure and Shalimar Bag (Abode of Love), Chasmesahi, evening take a Shikara ride on Dal Lake. Dinner and overnight stay at Hotels.
After breakfast check out from Hotel & transfer to Pahalgam (Appox. 85 kms/2h 30 min). It is a small town in the Anantnag District and is situated on the banks of the Lidder River. On the way, you can have look at the Saffron fields, where saffron is cultivated. It is one of the largest saffron cultivated areas in the world. Also explore the Avantipur Ruins, which are ruins of two ancient temples that are devoted to Lord Shiva and Lord Vishnu. Finally by the lunch time you will reach Pahalgam, which is most famous place for Indian Film industry. Check in to hotel After Lunch enjoy the picturesque views of the surroundings, explore the Lidder Valley and take a leisure walk in the pine forest situated along the river. After breakfast you can also visit Chandanwari, which is the starting point of Amarnath Yatra, is also among the coveted tourist attractions of this place. Indulge in snow sledging on the snow bridge to add a fun factor to your vacation. Aru Valley This charming meadow can be reached by walking along a mountain path. The river Lidder disappears at Gur Khumb and reappears after 27 mts. Another must-visit place is the Baisaran Meadow that is located amidst snow-capped mountains and dense pine forests. Another must-visit place is the Betab Valley which is a part of Pahalgam area – one of the several sub-valleys of Kashmir Valley. After breakfast drive to Sonmarg, a 3 hrs drive through the picturesque scenary will take you to Sonmarg 2690 meters (Meadow of Gold). One can ride on horse to visit Thajiwas Glacier where snow remains round the year. In the evening return to the hotel, enjoy your Dinner & overnight stay at hotel.
